I lost my sister.

And at the same time… I was battling alcohol.
Trying to numb pain I didn’t know how to face.

For a while, I was stuck.
Stuck in habits.
Stuck in emotions.
Stuck in a version of myself I knew I wasn’t meant to stay in.

But there came a moment where I had to make a decision…

Either I stay here…
or I change everything.

That’s when everything shifted.

I chose discipline over destruction.
